I called Action TV and told Ron the problem that I was having with my Mitsubishi rear projection TV. He immediately knew what the problem was and said he could be at my place the next day at 10am. Dear Ron,
This is just a thank you for the service you performed on my Sanyo LCD projection in March/April. Since you cleaned it and reinstalled it i have followed your advice and have been vacuuming the vent and cleaning the two filters every week. Since that time i have not had to replace a lamp. The lamp which was unused prior to getting the projector back has currently been used for over 1400 hours. Prior to the cleaning if I was to get 500 hours from a lamp it would have been a lot. As the Thanksgiving season approaches I thank you for your great service.
